Estudio Rao was founded in 2016 and materialised as an office in 2019. It is a multidisciplinary space that encompasses different aspects of design and construction. We focus on the design of architecture that is committed to the environment that surrounds it and to the needs of the user. We approach each project with love for the site, adapting it to the needs of the users. Each new intervention seeks to create a space where the user feels involved in the design. We believe in time as a material, and we look for the materials to apply in the most immediate environment, without disregarding new technologies in construction. Tradition, time and place united in the same concept.
Estudio Rao was started by Jose Manuel Revelles, an architect from the University of Seville, registered in the Balearic Islands and trained in offices in Cancun, Seville, Granada and Ibiza. He has developed projects in various areas, specialising in Ibiza, whose mix of traditional and contemporary architecture has made him take root and establish himself since 2015.
